Our Story

About

Trefo Nutrition focuses on whole person nourishment. In fact, "trefo" is the ancient Greek work meaning "to nourish." Of course we are passionate about food and all it can do for the body, but we also know that nourishment isn't just about the foods we eat - it's about how we move our bodies, how we interact with the world around us, how we manage the daily stressors of life, and how we choose to love ourselves.

We offer virtual nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian and are based in Watertown, MA outside of Boston.

Values

At Trefo Nutrition we believe:

  • Food is not a moral choice, but a way to nourish, energize, and sustain our bodies.

  • All bodies are beautiful bodies.

  • All bodies deserve love, healthy nourishment and joyful movement.
