Logistics and Investment

I’m planning the first group of Coming Home to begin at the end of May.

This first round will be a small, supportive 6-week experience with weekly sessions on Zoom on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 PM EST.

We’ll meet on:

  • May 27

  • June 3

  • June 10

  • June 17

  • June 24

  • July 8

(We’ll skip the week of July 1 for the holiday week.)

The founding group rate for this first round is $299 for the full 6-week experience.

What you’re experiencing isn’t a lack of discipline. It’s a response to years of food rules, restriction (even subtle), trying really hard to do things “the right way.”

Your body isn’t working against you.


It’s trying to protect you. 

What this space is (and isn't)

This group will be a space where you can gain better understanding of your patterns, reconnect with your bodies cues, unlearn food rules, beging to divest from diet culture, and start to feel steadier and less consumed by food and your body. It will be a place of connection, safety and community. 

 

This space will not be a space where we discuss calories, macros, meal plans or weight. It will not be a set of rules to follow. It will not focus on "before and after" transformations or "fixing" anything. 

What exactly will I be signing up for?

6 weeks of community in a small group, virtual setting. Each week will include a Zoom call that will center on a different topic and will include grounding exercises, teaching, and time for group discussion. 

Topics we will dicuss will include:

  • your body story (how your relationship with food and your body was shaped)

  • hunger, fullness, and satisfaction (without turning them into rules)

  • why certain foods feel “out of control”

  • the role of restriction, even when it’s subtle

  • how to move out of all-or-nothing thinking

  • how to begin building trust with your body again

My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in body trust.

That means we will move at a pace that feels safe and inclusive, with no pressure to do this (or anything else!) perfectly.  

 

This will be a small group. Not because I want to limit access, but because this work deserves space, care, and real support.

 

You won’t be lost in a crowd here.

This first round will be a founding group. Which means you’ll be part of shaping what this space becomes and evolves into in the future, and  I’ll be listening closely to what’s most helpful for you along the way.
