2. Eat What's in Season: Take advantage of all the great fall fruits and veggies. Foods like root vegetables, squashes, apples, and pears are perfect for this time of year and will help keep you grounded and nourished.


3. Treat Yourself: It's easy to forget about self-care, but it's super important. Try giving yourself a warm oil massage, using oils like sesame or almond, to keep your skin happy and calm your nerves.


4. Get into a Routine: With the days getting shorter, it's a good idea to set a daily schedule that lines up with the season. Keep consistent wake-up and bedtime routines, and try to eat your meals at regular times to keep things stable.
